The current build: app.chadwycke.io — a Class II APP procedure-training app, 15 modules live, every PMID verified against NCBI E-utilities before a learner sees it (caught two fabricated citations and a hallucinated rule on its first pass). WCAG 2.2 AA gated as a CI regression. SvelteKit + Cloudflare Pages, RuVector HNSW search, Threlte 3D anatomy, Playwright against the live deploy. The brain doing all of this also rounds.
